Return Policy

You may return any purchased product shipped from our inventory at any time within 30 days after date of delivery.   All items must be returned in new (unused) condition in the original packaging. (Restrictions apply.  Please contact your sales rep for more information)

Return Instructions 

A Returned Material Authorization number must be issued by Courtesy Products prior to shipping product for return.   Contact Customer Service at 1-800-325-4500 to receive an RMA number and return shipping instructions.

Returns must be shipped prepaid.

Returns due to customer ordering error may be subject to a restocking fee.  Restocking fees are calculated based on the condition of the product returned.
